Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 2026
nadster.ai (“we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: When you register, we store your email address and a hashed password. We do not store plain-text passwords.
- Billing: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription identifiers so we can manage your plan and entitlements. We do not store your full card number.
- Device info: When you use the nadster.ai desktop app, we may store a device identifier, app version, and platform (e.g. macOS) to enforce device limits and troubleshoot issues.
- Usage: The desktop app runs models and chat locally. We do not send your prompts, responses, or model data to our servers.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to: provide and maintain your account; process payments and manage subscriptions; enforce license and device limits; and respond to support requests (e.g. when you contact support@nadster.ai).
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: (a) Stripe for payment processing, under their privacy policy; (b) our hosting and infrastructure providers as necessary to run the service; and (c) when required by law.
4. Security
We use industry-standard measures (e.g. HTTPS, hashed passwords, secure sessions) to protect your data. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
5. Your rights
You can access and update your account details from the dashboard. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@nadster.ai. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and, for material changes, we will notify you by email or via the app where appropriate.
